description En el siguiente trabajo se presenta un estudio del Municipio de San Bernardo, específicamente del Museo de Momias Jose Arquímedes Castro, basado en la incidencia que ha tenido en cuanto a turismo y cuál ha sido el impacto generado en los turistas. Para ello se realizaron encuestas las cuales permitieron identificar las variables que determinan un perfil de cliente y entrevistas que indicaron cual ha sido el aporte del museo para el municipio en cuanto a turismo se refiere. Por último se realizó una propuesta de un recorrido turístico basado en los resultados anteriores, con el fin de incrementar el turismo y mejorar la experiencia del turista en su visita al municipio.
