Este trabajo tendrá como objeto analizar el impacto del bitcoin en Colombia como medio de pago e identificar si cumple con las características del dinero para considerar el hecho de ser un medio de pago aceptado en todo el país, con este fin en primer lugar se va a analizar el comportamiento del bitcoin a través del tiempo con el fin de conocer este fenómeno y su influencia en el país comparando los resultados que ha tenido en Colombia y alrededor del mundo, adicional a eso se van a encontrar una comparación del comportamiento del bitcoin con otras criptomonedas que están circulando en el mercado siendo el bitcoin la más usada en la economía mundial. En segundo lugar se van a abordar los usos del bitcoin y como la economía digital ha mejorado los procesos del comercio internacional y pretende eliminar procesos que aumentan los tiempos y los costos de las operaciones exteriores y por último se van a mencionar las medidas legales respectivas para regular el uso de esta CM, en Colombia se pronunciaron unas entidades oficiales involucradas entre esas el congreso de la república, que decidió hacer un proyecto de ley, este tuvo muchos comentarios en contra ya que el congreso pretende cobrar por cada transacción un mínimo del 5% del dinero usado, se comparó la situación actual de Colombia con la de otros países que ya han regulado el uso del bitcoin. |
