Para ello se inició con la descripción del destino, sus características y ubicación; Posteriormente se determinó la conceptualización del término “indicador”, sus usos, características, categorización e importancia en el turismo como herramienta de medición, gestión y control. La investigación se desarrolla a través de un diario de campo como herramienta fundamental para los investigadores en el plan de acción en destino, en el diario de campo se podrá encontrar toda la recopilación de información, los testimonios de operadores, los distintos puntos de vista de entidades públicas y privadas, y la afectación en general a todos los involucrados con el gremio turístico al asumir y conllevar el cierre y la privatización del embalse de Tominé, por parte de la Corporación Autónoma Regional (CAR), EMGESA, y la Empresa de Energía de Bogotá. Luego, se establecieron los riesgos e indicadores de gestión para la sostenibilidad, se aplicaron a cada problema presente o futuro encontrado, se determinó una ponderación de acuerdo a la metodología y el plan de acción, se analizaron y se evaluaron dichos indicadores. Finalmente se establecieron las conclusiones del trabajo realizado y las recomendaciones para los distintos actores en la problemática y situación presentada. |
