Como consolidación de esta propuesta se propone la elaboración de un programa del manejo de los niveles de estrés de los docentes a través de turismo de bienestar, en el que se establecen objetivos y se determinan las actividades para poder cumplir los mismos, intentando generar convenios con las entidades gubernamentales del municipio, para obtener apoyo económico que permita la implementación de este tipo de turismo y adicional a esto para emprender este programa en los colegios distritales de la ciudad de Bogotá, logrando el aumento de productividad de los docentes y motivación en su labor. |
