El sistema de seguridad social en Colombia en los últimos años se ha tornado parte fundamental de nuestra oferta laboral y de la comunidad, ya que el sistema genera beneficios no solo para los cotizantes sino también con su núcleo familiar con lo cual se genera una mejor calidad de vida, con vista a en este escenario, el presente trabajo tiene como principal objetivo dar la socialización del fondo de solidaridad pensional a las personas mayores de 40 años con el apoyo de Fiduagraria para brindarles los benéficos de cotizar una pensión para adquirir una vejez digna a un futuro. Se ha visto que a través del tiempo que lleva el sistema de seguridad social no se había tocado la posibilidad de tener un fondo de solidaridad o de apoyo al adulto mayor, solamente desde la presidencia del Juan Manuel Santos, que fue el promotor y coordinador para fundamentar y poner en marcha esta posibilidad para las personas que no pueden cotizar y que quieren hacer parte de los beneficios que trae pertenecer al fondo de solidaridad pensional. Con el fin de llevar este proyecto al pueblo de guayabal de Siquima, se realizarán charlas en el pueblo para dar a conocer y socializar la información del fondo de solidaridad pensional y de esta manera mejorar los conocimientos en cuanto al sistema y beneficios que tare el gobierno. |
