A nivel mundial las personas hacen uso de la tecnología de los aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos (AEE), el verdadero problema surge cuando su vida útil llega a su fin convirtiéndose en residuos de aparatos eléctricos o electrónicos (RAEE) considerados como residuos peligrosos; es por esto que el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la importancia de la empresa C.I. Recyclables S.A.S. a través de Porter y Van der Linde en su teoría de la competitividad ambiental relacionando dos factores importantes, la productividad con los niveles de vida de las personas. El estudio realizado tiene un enfoque cualitativo de alcance descriptivo, analizando factores medio ambientales como de salud y las graves consecuencias si no se toma conciencia de lo que se está viviendo en la actualidad. En cuanto a las investigaciones realizadas, Colombia cuenta con una normatividad para el aprovechamiento y la disposición final tanto de residuos sólidos como de los RAEE. En cuanto al tema de exportación la empresa C.I. Recyclables S.A.S. exporta RAEE a diferentes países con el fin de que estos aprovechen las partes que no se pueden aprovechar en el país, estas exportaciones demuestran un valor FOB de US$ 6 410 486. En cuanto a la teoría de competitividad ambiental se ubica a la empresa dentro del matiz empresarial verde claro y en el interesado en el negocio. Bajo esta perspectiva la empresa maneja un factor diferenciador en cuanto al aprovechamiento de los componentes que se pueden volver a utilizar en otros procesos. |

The objective of this work is to analyze the importance of company C.I. Recyclables S.A.S. through Porter and Van der Linder in their theory of environmental competitiveness relating two important factors, productivity with people’s living standards. The study carried out has a qualitative approach of descriptive scope, analyzing environmental factors such as health and the serious consequences if there is no awareness of what is being lived today. As for the investigations carried out, Colombia has a regulation for the use and final disposal of both solid waste and WEEE. Regarding the export issue, the company C.I. Recyclables S.A.S. WEEE exports to different countries so that they take advantage of the parts that cannot be used in the country, these exports show a FOB value of US$ 6 410 486. As for the theory of environmental competitiveness, the company is located within the light green business nuance and the one interested in the business.
