El asunto, involucra la gran tarea de recopilar una parte teórica, cuyos marcos de referencia acentúan sus cimientos conceptuales y contextuales. Diseñar un direccionamiento estratégico realizando un análisis completo del entorno económico en el que se desarrolla la empresa y todos los movimientos que va realizando a diario, por último, se hace un diagnóstico estratégico, formula e implementa el proyecto, conforme con las condiciones y exigencias de la gerencia de la empresa. |
