El presente trabajo consiste en determinar cuál es la oportunidad exportadora de la minería aurífera artesanal sostenible del Chocó en los mercados internacionales, analizado a través de una comparativa legal, ambiental y de política comercial. Se llevó a cabo una revisión de la literatura en donde se identificaron factores tales como: desarrollo sostenible, curva de Kuznets, balanza comercial y regulaciones del oro en Colombia. Se describió el proceso de la producción y comercialización de la minería aurífera artesanal sostenible del Chocó indicando los requisitos para su respectiva exportación como consignación de regalías, vistos buenos y contribuciones parafiscales. Por otro lado, se determinó que este tipo de minería no genera impacto ambiental ya que la tendencia reformista del desarrollo sostenible indica que es una innovación a partir de los problemas ambientales que se han generado a lo largo de los años por malas prácticas reduciendo la contaminación y mejorando la eficiencia de los recursos naturales. Desde el punto de vista de la comercialización internacional se utilizaron bases de datos e instrumentos de política comercial de la mano de las leyes mineras del país para definir por volumen comercial los principales países importadores del oro donde se determinó los países a los cuales se obtendría una alianza comercial. De esta forma, según la información obtenida arrojó oportunidades en los países de Suiza, Hong Kong, Reino Unido y Emiratos Árabes mediante una comparativa de barreras al comercio, donde se concluyó a Reino Unido como mercado destino. |

A literature review was carried out where factors such as: sustainable development, Kuznets curve, trade balance and gold regulations in Colombia were identified. The production and commercialization process of sustainable artisanal gold mining in Chocó was described, indicating the requirements for their respective export such as the consignment of royalties, good bills, and Para fiscal contributions. On the other hand, it was determined that this type of mining does not generate environmental impact since the reformist trend of sustainable development indicates that it is an innovation based on the environmental problems that have been generated over the years due to bad practices reducing pollution and improving the efficiency of natural resources.
