description El objetivo principal de este proyecto es elaborar una herramienta metodológica para la implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SGSST) para la empresa Servicios y Soluciones. Con el fin de lograr este objetivo realizamos una serie de evaluaciones, basados en la resolución 0312 del 2019 la cual nos da una serie de estándares mínimos que se debe cumplir a cabalidad, con el fin de articular, instruir y capacitar a los empleados y gerente acerca de la importancia de la implementación del sistema de gestión de la salud y seguridad en el trabajo. Con esto podemos constatar que el uso e implementación de la salud y seguridad en el trabajo son esenciales en el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades, facultades y capacidades que se pueda encontrar el trabajador, sin esta herramienta las consecuencias a las que se expone la empresa podrían ser perjudicial, por lo que él trabajador está expuesto a una calamidad laboral se encuentra sin alguna protección por parte de la empresa.
