Este documento muestra el desarrollo de un software que proporciona un buen manejo de la información, dando solución a las falencias encontradas en la empresa al momento de hacer el diagnostico en la empresa puesto que se encontró que al realizar la recepción de sus clientes motocicletas y ordenes de trabajo, cuando se hacia el registro de un cliente él deseaba consultar el historial de su motocicleta y no se podía dar una información exacta, ya que no todas las veces se registraba de manera correcta la información tanto del cliente como el de su moto esto genera molestia y desconfianza a la hora de realizar un procedimiento en la empresa. La otra falencia que se logró identificar es que al momento de realizar el pago a sus trabajadores ellos no realizaban el registro de los trabajos culminados por ellos mismos, ellos lo hacían en cuadernos pero no anotaban los datos completos generando inconformidades a la hora de realizar su pago por el gerente. |
