Por medio del presente trabajo de investigación se abordó el tema de las rutas alimentadoras del sistema Transmilenio que ofertan sus servicios en la localidad (séptima) Bosa específicamente en los barrios: Bosa centro, Bosa Naranjos, Bosa Piamonte, Bosa estación. La operación de este servicio se centra en el Portal sur de Transmilenio. Durante el trayecto de la investigación se trataron diferentes temas de suma importancia para el trabajo entre ellos la Gerencia del servicio y los modelos de prestación de servicio en la parte del transporte con el objetivo de proponer un modelo estratégico de servicio para la empresa encargada. Además la metodología que se empleó fué la observación descriptiva y la consulta de las diferentes fuentes terciarias de la información por ejemplo: libros textos, artículos y trabajos de investigación. |

During the course of the research, different topics of utmost importance for the work were discussed, including Service Management and service delivery models related to transport, with the aim of proposing a strategic service model for the company in charge.
