La certificación como Operador Económico Autorizado - OEA ha permitido que el proceso de comercio internacional cada vez sea más eficiente y seguro, teniendo en cuenta que es una certificación creada por la Organización Mundial de Aduanas para asegurar que terceros no puedan afectar los bienes e intereses de las compañías y también para garantizar la eficiencia en todo el proceso de comercialización de mercancías, en relación con esto surgió la pregunta que da lugar a la presente investigación, por qué si esta certificación es un proceso gratuito, a las Pyme se les dificulta conseguirla? Para responder lo anterior, esta investigación se aborda desde una metodología mixta, analizando tanto información documental y como datos numéricos relacionados con registros de empresas certificadas que se encuentran publicados en la página de la DIAN, esto con el único fin de poder confirmar las causas e inclusive las oportunidades que las Pymes pudieran llegar a tener para solicitar esta certificación internacional. |
