In the present research, we seek to explain a little more since the institute and to analyze whether or not it can (and if so, to what extent) be used in family actions. In order to do so, the present research was divided in three topics besides the initial and final considerations, in which the first one is to study this new institute in itself, in the second to analyze the private autonomy in the family right, and in the third to evaluate if the businesses procedural rights fit into family actions. It is worth noting that the research methodology is eminently bibliographical. From the research, it was concluded that yes, it is the use of procedural legal transactions in family actions based on the latter’s private autonomy.application/pdftext/htmlapplication/xml10.18601/01234366.n36.112346-24420123-4366https://bdigital.uexternado.edu.co/handle/001/11693https://doi.org/10.18601/01234366.n36.11Departamento de Derecho Civilhttps://revistas.uexternado.edu.co/index.php/derpri/article/download/5798/7308https://revistas.uexternado.edu.co/index.php/derpri/article/download/5798/7586https://revistas.uexternado.edu.co/index.php/derpri/article/download/5798/7630Núm. 36 , Año 2019 : Enero-Junio31836301Revista de Derecho PrivadoAlexander Perazo Nunes de Carvalho, Gabriela Martins Carmo - 2018info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/https://revistas.uexternado.edu.co/index.php/derpri/article/view/5798Os limites dos negócios jurídicos processuais nas ações de família no direito brasileiroThe Boundaries of Legal Proceedings in the Brazilian Family Law ActionsArtículo de revistahttp://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_2df8fbb1http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85Textinfo:eu-repo/semantics/articleJournal articlehttp://purl.org/redcol/resource_type/ARTREFinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionPublicationOREORE.xmltext/xml2638https://bdigital.uexternado.edu.co/bitstreams/de50b1ae-6c7e-495f-b7be-063437169e0d/download76f8689fd65039bc713a184a74bd706dMD51001/11693oai:bdigital.uexternado.edu.co:001/116932023-08-14 15:13:13.498https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/Alexander Perazo Nunes de Carvalho, Gabriela Martins Carmo - 2018https://bdigital.uexternado.edu.coUniversidad Externado de Colombiametabiblioteca@metabiblioteca.org
