| Summary: | This paper comes from the research entitled "Community construction of justice, living experiences in San Juan de Sumapaz and in the 1st commune of Medellin" carried out in the area of Conflict and Social Dynamics. This investigation counts the processes of mediation of conflicts and the tool of these in the construction of communities, taking into account the historical-social processes that give way to its constitution, the mechanisms of action, the coexistences between forms of justice taking into account the communitarian figures, the armed figures and the state instances. Its methodology is guided by comprehension tools from hermeneutics and from an approach to what these experiences can offer in the construction of knowledge about justice. |
