Summary: | The legalization of equal marriage in Colombia represents an opportunity for the development of this project, which aims to design a LGBT community wedding planner business plan, that will be located in Bogota. Through the mixed methodology, the analysis and collection of information was carried out, where the needs of the population were identified, and the profitability of the business was evaluated. Likewise, techniques such focus groups and a survey were used, which allowed creating a value proposition according to the tastes and preferences of the chosen customer segment. As a result, it is observed that the events sector is profitable, and the business plan is a financially viable project; however, it is relevant to mention that the offer of marriage for the LGBT community is still limited in this country, and there is no detailed information on the events sector, which made it difficult to analyze the existing offer. Finally, this project contains information that could be useful for those people who are interested in developing products and services focused on the LGBT community. |
