Summary: | A recurring theme of significant importance is financial education, this study aims to assess the level of financial education and especially the stock market of postgraduate graduates in this area in the department of Magdalena, with an exploratory study with a qualitative approach and with a structured instrument, under the concept of financial education supported by the Organization for Cooperation and Development (OECD) and integrating variables from the environment. It was observed that the scores, althou gh high in basic knowledge, there are shortcomings in the identification of concepts that should be from the everyday life of their environment. On the other hand it could be established that the results in stock market knowledge were low and that there are subs tantial differences between theoretical knowledge and practice, especially in stock issues. |
