Summary: | The purpose of this work is to propose application criteria wich supported by ICTs, strengthen equitable access for members of the Colombian National Army to apply for different commissions and the annual training plan proposed by the General Staff. It is developed through a hermeneutic methodology with analysis of indirect sources such as the human resorurces institutional documents of the National Army as well as the perception through likert surveys. This analysis led to the conclusión that although it is true, and annex K of directive 1036 of 2016 makes significant progress in terms of massification of access to applications for training commissions established by the General Staff of the National Army, these are insufficient because they give a disproportionate burden to the subjective criteria and they do not establish alternative mechanisms of access to the application process other than the institutional platform which generates a gap of inequality in terms of connectivity for members who are located in regions far from the central level. Then, Its purpose is to close de gap proposing criteria which give transparency to the process. |
