Summary: | Presently, for the vast majority of businesses in the city of Sogamoso, organizational communication is still a factor that affects business performance, but besides helping to transfer information, it must also be a key to success in modern management. In such direction this paper presents the most relevant results of a research done in 27 companies from different business sectors in the city of Sogamoso, Colombia, in which the fundamentals of organizational communication were characterized; methodologically descriptive and explanatory types were used, applying a structured questionnaire to the managers of these organizations. The ways of organizational communication most used in these business sectors were found. |
