Summary:This article discusses the formulation of strategies and key tools for the transit of stage 1 to 2, from 2 to 3 and from 3 to 4 of the Model Intervention and Management Innovation of Organizations - Miigo, Strategic Management Component, developed by the EAN University, Bogota, in order to validate and to remove errors in the methodology. The fieldwork was conducted in three companies with different levels of organizational development through two stages: In the first stage of intervention, examined the company outline, diagnosed of the current state of maturity and the approach of strategies and tools of transition from one stage to another. In the conclusions, there is a summary chart that compares the states of maturity of each of the three companies and their potential to address a path of improvement. The second phase arose as a result of the implementation of the method MIIGO, to demonstrate the need to define an Action Plan for improvement of the company, with programs, projects and implementation schedule. As a recommendation, it proposes to accompany the companies in the implementation of the Action
