Description
Summary:According to the World Bank, 2.800 million people on the planet, out of 6.700 million (2010), are under the Poverty and Indigence Line, in spite of the continuous economic growth during the last decades. These indicators establish that, after 30 years of application of neoliberalism, it has not been possible to have an equally globalization benefits to everyone; therefore, it is necessary to review this economic theory, in order to identify an alternative human, integral, participative and sustainable development model. In response, the Solidary and Including Responsibility – SIR, aims to take a step forward from the traditional Corporate Social Responsibility. The SIR constitutes the ethical framework that rules all entrepreneurial activity, presenting a new managerial approach, which stimulates the articulation of enterprises with stakeholders, government and different actors of the civil society, with the objective of proactively insert itself in the construction of a more including and equal development models.
