Finally, a review is made of the criteria to which the Constitutional Court has taken recourse, as the ultimate interpreter of the Constitution, in order to make the theory of judicial precedent compatible with the requirements of art. 230 of Fundamental Law.La autora da cuenta de la manera como la incorporación del precedente judicial, ha supuesto una profunda modificación del sistema tradicional de fuentes del derecho en el país, por un lado y por el otro, indica la transformación que ello supone en materia de administración judicial, en la medida que los jueces pasan de ser meros ejecutores del texto normativo, a integradores de los vacíos del ordenamiento.
