For Aarnio, Wittgenstein’s concepts of “language games” and “ways of life” have prov ed very significant. As this article will show, his model of argumentation presupposes a communitarian way of life, a certain kind of a political way of life, and a discourse that satisfies some basic standards of rationality.Este artículo tiene como propósito hacer una presentación de la influencia de Wittgenstein sobre distintas teorías de la argumentación jurídica, como las de Perelman y Olbrechts y Toulmin, así como las de Robert Alexy y Aulis Aarnio. De gran relevancia para este último han sido las nociones de Wittgenstein acerca de “juegos de lenguaje” y “formas de vida”.
