The Court held that three employment calls published by a food service company in a national newspaper were unconstitutional, mentioning a requisite for applying for a position to be within a range of age, which is considered unconstitutional by the Court.En el presente artículo se estudia la sentencia Amparo Directo en Revisión 992/2014, dictada por la Primera Sala de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (Primera Sala o Corte) el 12 de noviembre de 2014, relacionada con el derecho de acceso al empleo y la no discriminación por razones de edad. En ella se estableció la inconstitucionalidad de tres convocatorias de empleo que una empresa restaurantera publicó en un diario de circulación nacional.
