The constitution and law are seen as instruments of this process and, once created, they continue to exist and become self - explanatory.La teoría sobre el origen del ordenamiento jurídico se ha esforzado en distinguir el origen político del legislador del producto que este cuerpo crea, esto es, el derecho.
