It is in this terrain that the special methods of criminal investigation appear, as forms or mechanisms to face facts of this nature, with a significant complexity, both in the execution and the means used, forms of participation, structures and criminal organization. Issues that for Cuba become complex, as they are regulated only by institutional regulations and not by substantive or adjective criminal laws.Los delitos de cuello blanco (también llamados delitos no convencionales) y la criminalidad organizada, son un tema recurrente en las sociedades modernas. Sobre todo, a la hora de investigar los hechos en concreto, una vez que se transgreden barreras territoriales, en busca del material probatorio que lleve a demostrar cada acto. Es en ese terreno que aparecen los métodos especiales de investigación criminal, como formas o mecanismos de enfrentar hechos de esta naturaleza, con una significativa complejidad, tanto en la ejecución y los medios utilizados, formas de participación, estructuras y organización delincuencial.
