| Summary: | This investigation aimed to identify the variable predictors of Burnout Syndrom in a proportional sample stratified from 514 students that belong to Health Courses from a private college from downtown Porto Alegre city. As instruments of research MBI-SS ( Maslach Burnout Inventory – Student Survey ) was used as well as a questionary to identify the socio-demographic and academic variable. The research was made in aleatory selected classrooms. Results identified that the intention of leaving the course is variable of most predicted factor in the three dimensions of Burnout Syndrome in students: emotional exhaustion, disbelief and professional efficiency. |
