Girardot - Colombiahttps://hdl.handle.net/10656/14526instname:Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Diosreponame:Colecciones Digitales Uniminutorepourl:https:// repository.uniminuto.eduIdentificar oportunidad en el mercado una empresa que preste el servicio de instalación de alarmas y lujos para vehículosA lo largo del proceso de aprendizaje de la carrera contaduría pública y de las prácticas profesionales junto con la unidad de emprendimiento Centro Progresa EPE, en el periodo académico 2022-1, se realizó la propuesta y posterior desarrollo de la idea emprendedora llamada ALARMAS Y LUJOS JOTTA CARS, que permitió dimensionar la oportunidad que hay en el mercado para crecer como empresa, por lo tanto, se realiza un panorama global de las necesidades de la comunidad del municipio de Espinal-Tolima, el cual permitió afianzar la investigación y ejecutar un estudio financiero. en el que se identificó que la empresa no existía una organización contable y financiera. Por medio de esta sistematización se buscó contar todas las experiencias vividas en la práctica profesional y que el objetivo principal se halla logrado, se explica que la implementación de políticas contables y las estrategias financieras, evito una caída económica dentro de la empresa. Esta experiencia permito cambiar la visión empresarial, primeramente, en el cual conociendo el estado financiero real y realizando los cambios establecidos durante la práctica profesional y con el área de emprendimiento, se hicieron proyecciones financieras a cinco años, dándose cuenta que tiene una gran oportunidad en la región de ser una marca reconocida en la venta e instalación de alarmas, lujos, sonido y accesorios para autos. Durante la sistematización recordamos un estudio de mercado y financiero, en el cual logro analizar como este tipo de empresa funciona correctamente. El desarrollo de este emprendimiento es familiar y se enfocó en aceptar los cambios necesarios para lograr el punto de equilibrio, con una proyección a cinco años, realizada durante la práctica profesional. Adicional observamos todos los aportes que sirvieron para el crecimiento de la empresa en todos los aspectos.Throughout the learning process of the public accounting career and professional practices together with the Centro Progress EPE entrepreneurship unit, in the period academic year 2022-1, the proposal and subsequent development of the entrepreneurial idea called ALARMS AND LUXURY JOTTA CARS, which allowed to measure the opportunity that exists in the market to grow as a company, therefore, a global panorama of the needs of the community of the municipality of Espinal-Tolima is made, which allowed to strengthen the investigation and carry out a financial study. in which it was identified that the company did not have an accounting and financial organization. Through this systematization, it was sought to tell all the experiences lived in professional practice and that the main objective has been achieved, it is explained that the implementation of accounting policies and financial strategies prevented an economic fall within the company. This experience allowed me to change the business vision, firstly, in which, knowing the real financial status and making the changes established during the professional practice and with the entrepreneurship area, five-year financial projections were made, realizing that it has a great opportunity in the region to be a recognized brand in the sale and installation of alarms, luxuries, sound and accessories for cars. During the systematization we remember a market and financial study, in which I was able to analyze how this type of company works correctly. The development of this enterprise is familiar and focused on accepting the necessary changes to achieve the balance point, with a five-year projection, carried out during professional practice.
