A pesar de la diversidad de proyectos sobre prevención y educación sexual implementados en los colegios, la presencia de jóvenes embarazadas se ha constituido en una situación cotidiana en nuestras escuelas. Diferentes investigaciones y medios de comunicación reportan como este problema se ha venido incrementando. El embarazo a temprana edad no solamente constituye un riesgo para la salud de la joven, generalmente también hay deserción escolar, se afecta su estabilidad emocional y puede ser causa de aumento de los círculos de pobreza. Desde la educación física se pueden realizar contribuciones significativas, que respondan a las necesidades de las escolares gestantes, mejorar sus condiciones de vida, favoreciendo su inclusión de manera positiva en la vida escolar, ayudando además al desarrollo de hábitos de vida saludable, al crecimiento social, afectivo y cognitivo, considerando además que las vivencias durante la gestación pueden reportar beneficios importantes en el proyecto de vida, lo cual representa uno de los principales retos para la educación física; en este sentido, la investigación tiene como perspectiva contribuir en la construcción de alternativas que permitan orientar la clase de educación física, facilitando la inclusión de las escolares gestantes de manera oportuna, adecuada y participativa. Para ello se realizó un proceso de investigación cualitativa con un diseño en teoría fundamentada donde se entrevistaron adolescentes gestantes y docentes de educación física de diferentes instituciones educativas de Bogotá. |

Different research and mass media report how this trouble has been increasing. The pregnancy at early age is not only representing one risk for the health of the young, because generally there is school desertion, their emotional stability get consequences and it can be a cause of the rising of the poorness’s circles. From the Physical Education there can be significant contributions, that gives responses to the needs of the gestating schoolgirls, improve their living conditions, in favor of their inclusion in a positive way on the school life, also helping to the development of habits of a healthy lifestyle, the social growth, affective and cognitive, taking in consideration that the experiences during the gestation can report important benefits in the life project, which constitutes one of the main challenges for the Physical Education, in that sense the research has as perspective contribute to the construction of alternatives that allow guiding the class of physical education, providing ease of the inclusion of the gestating schoolgirls in a timely, appropriate and participatory way.
