Se empleó una muestra de 60 bovinos, doble propósito, hembras clínicamente sanas, (vacas (n20), novillas (n20), terneras (n20)), con promedio de peso de 350 kg (±100) de peso vivo y con edades superiores a los 6 meses. Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron que hay diferencia significativa (p< 0,05) entre vacas, novillas y terneras, en gasometría venosa y arterial respectivamente para los parámetros: concentración total de dióxido de carbono, saturación de oxigeno tisular, 28.33±4.14, 32.42±3.50, 26.27±3.49; 55.86±14.84, 62.85±15.65, 49.20±7.97. En electrolitos venosa y arterial respectivamente para los parámetros: potasio, bicarbonato de sodio, calcio, 3.46±0,50, 3.03±0.47, 3.79±0.43; 26.37±4.01, 30.62±3.33, 22.46±3.35; 9.59±1.61, 8.77±1.40, 10.1±1.10. Por los resultados obtenidos se concluye que estos valores sirven de referente fisiológicos para continuar con los procesos de investigación y apropiación del conocimiento en el área.This research aimed to: determine physiological parameters of blood gases, electrolytes and anion gap in dual purpose cattle in the municipality of Granada (Meta). a sample of 60 cattle dual purpose, clinically healthy females (cows (n20), heifers (n20), calves (n20)), with average weight of 350 kg (± 100) liveweight and older ages it was used at 6 months. The results showed that no significant difference (p <0.05) between cows, heifers and calves, venous and arterial blood gas analysis respectively for the parameters: total concentration of carbon dioxide, oxygen saturation tissue, 28.33 ± 4.14, 32.42 ± 3.50, 26.27 ± 3.49; 55.86 ± 14.84, 62.85 ± 15.65, 49.20 ± 7.97. In venous and arterial electrolytes for parameters respectively: potassium, sodium bicarbonate, calcium, 3.46 ± 0.50, 3.03 ± 0.47, 3.79 ± 0.43; 26.37 ± 4.01, 30.62 ± 3.33, 22.46 ± 3.35; 9.59 ± 1.61, 8.77 ± 1.40, 10.1 ± 1.10.
