Description
Summary:Micro-businesses are generally a sector that lacks the design and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System because they usually do not have the financial resources to do so, but this does not exempt them from the legal responsibility they must fulfill. This is a cross-sectional descriptive study carried out in the micro-business AREPAS LA SABROSITA DEL VALLE in the municipality of Santiago de Cali through a quantitative approach. For the development of the project, we used as a guideline the Decree 1072 of 2015 Book 2, Part 2, Title IV, Chapter 6, and Resolution 0312 of 2019 to comply with the established requirements. This contributes to minimize the risks to which employees are exposed to day by day and change the existing organizational culture improving safety standards. To fulfill the main purpose of the project, we did a diagnosis where we established the objectives and structure of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (S.G.-S.S.T). Subsequently, we identified the risks and dangers to which people who work in this company are exposed to, then, we designed a management system to comply with the aforementioned regulations, and finally, we prepared the necessary documentation for its subsequent implementation and execution of the system in this micro-business.
