This is a descriptive research of a qualitative nature, since reality was studied in its natural context, in this case, the current state of the integrated management system of the aforementioned standards. When making the diagnosis it was possible to establish that SGC has a compliance of 62.75%, S.ST (51.38%) and environmental management (18.53%), given that the environmental performance reached a deficient value the clinic meets significant environmental aspects such as the management of hazardous solid waste and an Integrated Management System (45%)El objetivo principal de este trabajo de grado fue realizar un diagnóstico de cumplimiento de los requisitos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión ISO 9001:2015 - 14001:2015 y 45001:2018 en una clínica de mediana y alta complejidad, con la finalidad de alinear y estandarizar los procesos con la plataforma estratégica de la organización. Es una investigación descriptiva de tipo cualitativo ya que se estudió la realidad en su contexto natural en este caso, estado actual del sistema integrado de gestión de las normas antes mencionadas.
