That is the reason why, is proposed to implement this model in the Granja la Caucana located in the corregimiento of Salonica, municipality of Riofrío, because it has 24 squares of land that used under the guidelines of planning and control, are going to turn into an alternative of sustainability for its owner, since it will produce its consumption and a surplus to place in the market and in return receive income.En el desarrollo del trabajo investigativo de tipo descriptivo se abordó el tema de la agricultura sostenible, que en los últimos años se ha consolidado en un aspecto de relevante importancia a nivel mundial, ya que mediante la aplicabilidad de este modelo se ha logrado dinamizar el campo, que es un factor determinante en el desarrollo económico y social de las naciones. Razón está, por la que se propone implementar dicho modelo en la Granja la Caucana ubicada en el corregimiento de Salónica, municipio de Rio frío, pues esta cuenta con 24 plazas de tierra que, al ser utilizadas bajo los lineamientos de la planificación y control, se van a convertir en una alternativa de sostenibilidad para su propietario, ya que va a producir lo de su consumo y un excedente para colocar en el mercado y a cambio recibir ingresos.1.
