This work was made focused to the Empresa Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Siglo XX Ltda, this company has been working in the region since 1963, their principal office is located in Tuluá City, with branch in Riofrío municipality. For the proper development of the program, it was important to have the participation and support to the managers and employers of the company, which served as a starting point to managing the activities of the corporate social responsibility. It was gotten a guide about the levels and grades of each one criterion that are the RSE implementation. Further the work was made through surveys of managers and employers and is focused on the inside of the organization to inquire about their work, satisfaction, quality of life and personal questions, likewise to analyze the knowledge that they have about the topic and what actions are made in the management of the RSE. It was made a characterization of the corporate social responsibility in the Cooperativa Siglo XX about the fulfillment of the social responsibility practices and their level of knowledges within it, it was articulated the processes that will contribute to a good effective development and efficient in the duties of each one of their employers in the RSE management, equally it was designed a RSE strategic plane in the company to know the needs, expectations and answers. It was made a model of a follow to evaluate the advances and the fulfillment of RSE, and finally it was made the propose of the Program Social Responsability named “ASOCIARSE” wich is expected to be implemented in a year and that will continue to the organization sustainability and to achieve a balanced in economic, social and environment aspects.El presente trabajo de grado se centra en elaborar una propuesta de un Programa de Responsabilidad Social en la Empresa Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Siglo XX Ltda de la ciudad de Tuluá, dicho trabajo surgió de la necesidad de contribuir al bienestar y calidad de vida de sus colaboradores, de adquirir compromiso con la comunidad y el medio ambiente; igualmente se realizó con el fin de motivar a que la entidad implemente esta propuesta, ya que se indagó en diferentes conceptos, acciones y áreas que contribuyen a que una empresa sea socialmente responsable, lo cual representa beneficios que la conducirán al éxito. Este trabajo se realizó enfocado a la Empresa Cooperativa de Ahorro y crédito Siglo XX Ltda, dicha organización lleva operando en la región desde el año 1963, su oficina principal se encuentra en la ciudad de Tuluá, con sede en el municipio de Riofrío. Para el adecuado desarrollo del programa, fue vital contar con la participación y apoyo de los directivos y colaboradores de la entidad, los cuales sirvieron como punto de partida a la gestión de las actividades de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial. Se obtuvo una guía sobre los niveles y las calificaciones de cada criterio que componen la implementación de la RSE. Además el trabajo fue desarrollado con encuestas a los directivos y colaboradores ya que se enfocó a la parte interna de la organización con el fin de indagar sobre su trabajo, satisfacción, calidad de vida y preguntas de tipo personal, así mismo analizar el conocimiento que tienen del tema y que acciones se realizan en gestión de la RSE. Se llevó a cabo una caracterización de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en la Cooperativa Siglo XX sobre el cumplimiento de las prácticas de responsabilidad social y su nivel de conocimiento al interior de ella, se articularon los procesos de trabajo mediante la elaboración de un mapa de procesos el cual contribuirá a un desarrollo eficaz y eficiente en las funciones de cada uno de sus colaboradores en la gestión de la RSE, igualmente se diseño un plan estratégico de la RSE en la entidad para conocer las necesidades, expectativas y resultados.
