En este orden de ideas la salud sexual y reproductiva y los derechos sexuales en el campo de lo femenino también han enfrentado grandes transformaciones. La legalización del aborto inicia en la unión soviética en 19201; convirtiéndose en el primer país del mundo en pronunciarse. Sin embargo, los demás países del mundo han legislado al respecto conservando diferencias en cuanto a las circunstancias a las que se puede apelar para solicitar el procedimiento, quien o quienes deberían realizar el procedimiento y la edad gestacional límite para solicitarlo. El Estado colombiano legalizó el aborto en el año 2006, bajo tres causales específicas, a través de la Sentencia C-355, y en 2022 la corte constitucional revisó la sentencia ajustando las causales y la ampliación de la edad gestacional permitida para realizar los abortos en el país. Pese a estos avances legislativos no se cuenta con suficientes estudios con relación a las experiencias de los principales actores implicados en este orden. In this order of ideas, sexual and reproductive health and sexual rights in the field of women have also faced great transformations. The legalization of abortion begins in Soviet Union in 1920; becoming the first country in the world to pronounce itself. However, the other countries of the world have legislated in this regard, maintaining differences regarding the circumstances that can be used to request the procedure, who or who should perform the procedure and the gestational age limit to request it. The Colombian State legalized abortion in 2006, under three specific grounds, through Judgment C-355, and in 2022 the constitutional court reviewed the ruling, adjusting the grounds and expanding the gestational age allowed to perform abortions in the country. Despite these legislative advances, there are not enough studies regarding the experiences of the main actors involved in this order.
