La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo con una muestra de 60 servidores del Poder Judicial, aplicando una encuesta basada en el Inventario de Acoso Laboral de Leymann, compuesto por 45 conductas a través de las cuales se ejecuta el mobbing o acoso laboral. Los resultados demostraron que en estas instituciones se dan conductas consideradas de acoso laboral según la Ley, por no ser repetitivas y aplicadas a las mismas personas sino ocasionales no pueden ser consideradas como tal.INTRODUCCIÓN / 1.
