With Buga branch; the principal objective is to bring a tool, or strategies that would make easier the process of decisions making give an warranty of growth, productivity and a development highly competitive and exchangeable. The investigations proses and growth of the proposed bring with it a series of activities, analysis and diagnostic in which the hall company team will participate in the growth of the company; from all the different areas of the company such as administration, productivity, sales, and labor skills and knowledge and experience, and we will have the opportunity to make the process of investigation stronger. This job will be developed in six chapters in which will be exposed in a organized and sistematic form of finding information, starting at the base of the problem with the current investigation. It needs more directions and strategies in the company Pintex in Buga branch; in the first chapters we will expose the development of the investigation and recollection of information, we will observe and evaluate, the data thru the use of matrices that will support the analysis of information. The last chapters will present the proposed strategies and indicators generated from the results of investigation and at last the conclusions and recommendations proposed by the students to the company. The strategic plan all ready formulated was presented to the company as an instrument to support the analysis Of information to create objective positions in the market creating more productivity, and competition.El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo, la propuesta de un Plan Estratégico para la empresa PINTEX S.A., sede Buga; el objetivo principal es Entregar a la empresa una herramienta y conjunto de estrategias que le facilite el proceso de toma de decisiones, garantice su crecimiento, productividad y Desarrollo competitivo en un entorno altamente exigente y cambiante. El proceso de investigación y desarrollo de la propuesta trae consigo una serie de actividades de análisis y diagnóstico en el cual se hace partícipe a todo el equipo de trabajo de la empresa, desde las áreas administrativas, productivas, comerciales, de talento humano y de apoyo a fin de aprovechar su conocimiento Y experiencia y utilizarlo como una oportunidad para fortalecer el proceso de investigación. El trabajo se desarrolla a partir de seis capítulos en los cuales se expone de forma ordenada y sistemática la información y hallazgos, partiendo de la base el Problema de investigación existente: Falta de direccionamiento estratégico en la empresa PINTEX S.A. sede Buga; en los primeros capítulos se expone el desarrollo de la investigación y recolección de información, se realiza un trabajo de observación, entrevistas y evaluación de datos a través del uso de matrices Que apoyan el análisis de la información. Los últimos capítulos presentan la propuesta de estrategias e indicadores generados a partir de los resultados de la Investigación y finalmente las conclusiones y recomendaciones propuestas por las estudiantes a la empresa.
