A partir de ella y siguiendo la línea de investigación, y el objetivo general que es el de poder analizar los fallos de las sentencias de las Altas Cortes (Corte Suprema de Justicia y Consejo de Estado) en relación a la responsabilidad de los médicos por situaciones de imprudencia, impericia y omisión cometidos en el ejercicio de su profesión en Colombia durante 2019, se puede verificar como la justicia en cada una des us instancias puede favorecer o no al paciente y por esto en muchos casos se recurre a los altos tribunales para que se imparta justicia y se falle en derecho por las actuaciones del personal de médicos en Colombia.Abogado (a)PregradoSince the constitutional modifications that had to do with the health system in Colombia, citizens were able, through the figure of guardianship, to claim their rights, which were violated on many occasions by health professionals and not nothing happened from the legal part in relation to the civil responsibility of the doctor, that is why the degree work that is presented has been called analysis of the convictions of the High Courts in Colombia, in which the responsibility can be determined. of the Physician and the consequences of his actions, all of them related to the recklessness, inexperience and omissions that occur at the time of performing any type of intervention of him as a medical professional.
