Es decir, que por medio de una revisión documental y la aplicación de una encuesta a cinco personas que trabajan bajo este tipo de contrato en el municipio de Tuluá, se establecieron las garantías laborales que se derivan de la misma. Por tanto, en el desarrollo del trabajo en un primer momento se revisó la evolución del teletrabajo. Seguido al abordaje que a nivel nacional se le da desde la perspectiva del derecho laboral y, por último, se analizaron los puestos de trabajo en el municipio de Tuluá; consiguiendo al final plantear unas conclusiones y recomendaciones específicas.Abogado (a)PregradoIn the descriptive work, a topic of importance in the field of labor law was addressed, such as teleworking, which is a modality that is regulated by law 1221 of 2008.
