After completing the analytical phase, the next step is the structuring of the phase Operational, which has as its main objective the planning of all activities, for the fulfillment of the strategies chosen alternatives; Efficiently developing the entire operational plan.La aplicación de otras herramientas útiles como las matrices DOFA llamada (Fortalezas-Oportunidades-Debilidades-Amenazas), PEYEA (matriz de posición estratégica y evaluación de acciones), EFI (matriz de evaluación de los factores internos), EFE (matriz de evaluación de los factores externos), IE (matriz interna-externa) matrices que apuntan al análisis de las diferentes capacidades internas y factores externos que ayudan a la generación de estrategias alternativas para la empresa; para elegir la mejor estrategia se utiliza la técnica de la matriz MPEC.
