The development of this process required instruments designed to determine the listening skills levels and to recognize the materials used by teachers, those allowed the assessment of a starting point to intervene with interactive learning videos as a suitable and current trend with characteristics to develop listening comprehension because it provides 90% of vocabulary and expressions, students have seen in their primary years and this information will allowed an active use of prior knowledge.
