Lo que trae consigo una serie de riesgos para ellos, en la medida en que los expone a sufrir afectaciones (psicopatologías), tanto a nivel personal como social que pueden terminar por confundirlos y en casos extremos, tomar decisiones que atenten contra su propia vida. Por lo tanto esta monografía pretende dar una explicación, respecto a la ansiedad generalizada y sus efectos dentro de dicha población; haciendo un acercamiento a las teorías expuestas por diferentes autores sobre la problemática causada. Buscando así, que cada día se tenga un mayor conocimiento de los efectos negativos que ésta tiene en la vida cotidiana del individuo y por tanto, que el manejo de su control y prevención dentro de la sociedad, sea cada vez más apropiado y eficaz.MedicoPregradoAt present, anxiety is recognized as a phenomenon that significantly affects the overall health of the individual, occurring frequently, especially in the adolescent population; because they are in a stage where biological, cognitive and social changes are constant. This brings with it a series of risks for them, to the extent that it exposes them to suffering effects ((psychopathologies), both personally and socially, which can end up confusing them and, in extreme cases, making decisions that threaten their own lives. Therefore this monograph aims to give an explanation, regarding generalized anxiety and its effects within said population; making an approach to the theories exposed by different authors on the problems caused.
