In addition, an introduction is done on the documentation and the requirements demanded by a country located strategically and with which, Colombia has signed a TLC that it allows for ende to extend the market and new exercises of export that were generating exports of cane panelera towards Miamí, The Florida, a market of approximately 141.000 Spanish Americans that they choose, a product that promises to take care of his health and that of his family. The city of Miami was chosen, because it is located strategically, it possesses several maritime ports; cultural diversity that it knows and recognizes in the panela, the opportunity to take care of his physical and emotional body, since nobody to eat up a chunk of panela it is " to sweeten the life "; the product is not suitable for diabetics not obeses.Se realiza una investigación bibliográfica que permite mostrar el desarrollo económico, aumentar el nivel de productividad, liquides y rentabilidad de las empresas paneleras en Colombia; así mismo, conocer que las estrategias de acceso a los mercados internacionales se llevan a cabo por medio de los tratados de libre comercio que para el caso de la panela que ingrese a los Estados Unidos de América del Sur, especialmente la de Colombia, entra con una subpartida arancelaria 1701.13.00.00 sin pagar arancel. Además, se hace una introducción sobre la documentación y los requisitos exigidos por un país ubicado estratégicamente y con el cual, Colombia ha firmado un TLC que permite por ende ampliar el mercado y ejercicios nuevos de exportación que generaran exportaciones de caña panelera hacia Miamí, Florida, un mercado de aproximadamente 141.000 hispanoamericanos que eligen, un producto que promete cuidar su salud y la de su familia.
