En el segundo, se establecen los Derechos Humanos que deben reconocerse y garantizarse en los centros penitenciarios y carcelarios a los internos del país, y el tercero, se describe la vulneración de los Derechos Humanos de los internos, por la crisis carcelaria y penitenciaria que se ha presentado en el país en los últimos tres años.Abogado (a)PregradoThis research determines the situation of Human Rights of inmates in relation to prison overcrowding in Colombia in the period 2019-2022, taking into account a bibliographic design, with qualitative method and documentary analysis, presenting three results, in the first one the violation of the Human Rights of the inmates, by the prison and penitentiary crisis that has been presented in the country in the last three years is described.
