Lo anterior desde las transformaciones procedimentales que introduce el Decreto 806 de 2020 y respecto de las leyes mencionadas y las demás que han abordado el tema de las TICs, en el funcionamiento de la administración de justicia, pero que no habían entrado en marcha, sin dejar de lado su inferencia y permanencia en el tiempo, por lo pertinente de los cambios, y así concluir si el Decreto 806 de 2020, que modifica entre otros, la forma de presentación de la demanda, el poder, las notificaciones etc., fue asertivo y aun habiendo expirado su plazo de vigencia el 4 de Junio 2022, permanecerá en el tiempo gracias a la Ley 2213 de 2022 que declaró el 13 Junio de 2022 vigencia permanente del mencionado Decreto 806 de 2020. Así como, ultimar si la Ley 2080 de 2021 la cual modifica el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo dará mayor aplicabilidad a los medios electrónicos y digitales en esta jurisdicción.Introducción / 1. The above from the procedural transformations introduced by Decree 806 of 2020 and with respect to the mentioned laws and others that have addressed the issue of ICTs, in the functioning of the administration of justice, but had not entered into force, without neglecting its inference and permanence in time, by the relevance of the changes, and this to conclude if the decree 806 of 2020, which modifies, among others, the form of presentation of the lawsuit, the power of attorney, notifications, etc., was assertive and even having expired its term of validity on June 4, 2022, it will remain in time thanks to Law 2213 of 2022 that declared on June 13, 2022 permanent validity of the aforementioned Decree 806 of 2020.
