Course objective: To determine which factors affect adherence to the pharmacological treatment of Tuberculosis in two municipalities in the center of Valle del Cauca in 2019. Methodology: Quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional study through the application of a survey It was carried out on 12 patients with the diagnosis of tuberculosis in two municipalities in the center of Valle del Cauca in 2019. Results: 12 patients with tuberculosis were interviewed. Regarding compliance with the pharmacological treatment of the patients, the result that 50% is adherent, the male gender is predominant with 66.7%, in relation to age, 83.3% of the adherent patients were older than 50 years; It was possible to identify that 91.7% of the patients considered that the quantity of medications to be taken is large and that 33.3% did not know the undesired effects of the medications, of these patients 25% had failed treatment Previously, 100% of the patients received all of their medication and 75% felt motivated to comply with the treatment. Conclusions: there is no specific factor that favors adherence, but it can be concluded that personal factors are ultimately the ones that generated the most positive influence in adherent patients.La tuberculosis es una enfermedad infecto-contagiosa producida por Mycobacterium tuberculosis, su presencia se relacionó en el pasado con alta mortalidad, sin embargo, los adelantos en la terapéutica y la mejoría en las condiciones de vida hicieron que la enfermedad sea susceptible de control y que la muerte se pueda evitar. Objetivo general: Determinar cuáles son los factores que inciden en la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico de la Tuberculosis en dos municipios del centro del Valle del Cauca en el año 2019. Metodología: Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo de tipo transversal por medio de la aplicación de una encuesta que se realizó a 12 pacientes con el diagnóstico de tuberculosis en dos municipios del centro del Valle del Cauca en el año 2019. Resultados: Se entrevistaron a 12 pacientes con tuberculosis. Respecto al cumplimiento del tratamiento farmacológico de los pacientes el resultado que el 50% es adherente, el género masculino es predominante con un 66,7%, en relación con la edad el 83,3% de los pacientes adherentes fueron mayor de 50 años; se pudo identificar que el 91,7% de los pacientes consideraron que la cantidad de medicamentos que debe tomar es mucha y que el 33,3 % no conocen los efectos indeseados de los medicamentos, de estos pacientes el 25% ha tenido fracaso en tratamientos anteriores, el 100% de los pacientes reciben la totalidad de su medicamento y el 75% se sintieron motivados/das a cumplir con el tratamiento. Conclusiones: no hay un factor específico que favorezca la adherencia, pero se puede concluir que los factores personales en definitiva son los que más influencia positiva generaron en los pacientes adherentes.SUMARY / TITULO / INTRODUCCIÓN / 1.
