Posteriormente son planteados los principales sistemas y herramientas disponibles para la aplicación de los conceptos expuestos, así como la importancia de las personas en el logro exitoso de las implementaciones en cualquier organización que le apuesta a posicionarse en el mercado mundial. Finalmente son revisados los conceptos de estrategia empresarial enfocada en la estrategia de manufactura, acompañado de una visión del futuro en el complejo mundo de los negocios de hoy en día.
