Teniendo este en cuenta se generan diferentes dinámicas que ayuden a volver esto posible, sin salirse de la realidad. Los aspectos principales del proyecto realizado que se tuvieron en consideración fueron: Primero en su urbanismo lo ambiental con su propuesta de fitorremediación, lo segundo el acondicionamiento de los espacios térmico y acústico, tercero la sostenibilidad con su aprovechamiento de aguas lluvias, paneles solares y por último la movilidad y accesibilidad al proyecto.In the present work, the architectural proposal presented to the chamber of commerce is exposed, born from a previous study carried out by this entity which reveals the need to build a new headquarters, which serves as a space for events and exhibitions. Taking this into account, different dynamics are generated to help make this possible, without leaving reality.
