Este trabajo de investigación de carácter monográfico relacionado con la revisión de los procesos de autoevaluación y el Plan de Mejoramiento de la Institución Educativa Anaime busca aportar a la exploración de los contextos escolares y su respectivo desarrollo académico, especialmente en el municipio de Cajamarca - Tolima, parte de reconocer la importancia de apropiar dentro de las instituciones educativas elementos como el Plan de Mejoramiento Institucional (PMI), el Proyecto Educativo Institucional y la autoevaluación en las comunidades educativas. A razón de ello, se traza como objetivo analizar la eficacia de los procesos de autoevaluación y el plan de mejoramiento institucional implementados en el año 2023 en el área de gestión directiva de la Institución Educativa Anaime del municipio de Cajamarca, Tolima, identificando tanto sus contribuciones como sus áreas de mejora, utilizando una metodología cualitativa que incluye encuestas y diálogos con 8 miembros del personal administrativo. Como conclusiones se logró identificar, en primer lugar, que los procesos de autoevaluación que se han adelantado en la institución están relacionados principalmente en evaluar el rendimiento escolar y no el administrativo; a su vez, que el colectivo de docentes viene adelantando aportes a la elaboración y puesta en escena del PMI, pero que este, para el año 2023 presenta las mismas características del documento que le antecede. Al relacionar el documento con el del año 2022, no se identificaron muestras significativas que den paso al avance en la calidad educativa y administrativa de la entidad. |

It recognizes the importance of incorporating elements such as the Institutional Improvement Plan (PMI), the Institutional Educational Project, and self-assessment within educational institutions. Therefore, the objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the self-assessment processes and the institutional improvement plan implemented in 2023 in the management area of the Anaime Educational Institution in the municipality of Cajamarca, Tolima, identifying both their contributions and areas for improvement, using a qualitative methodology that includes surveys and dialogues with 8 members of the administrative staff. As conclusions, it was identified, firstly, that the self-assessment processes carried out in the institution are mainly related to evaluating academic performance and not administrative performance. Furthermore, it was observed that the group of teachers is contributing to the development and implementation of the PMI, but for the year 2023, it presents the same characteristics as the preceding document. When comparing the document with that of 2022, no significant signs were found to indicate progress in the educational and administrative quality of the institution.
