Diseño de una herramienta automatizada para la gestión de la polivalencia en el área operativa de Auteco S.A.S.

In this work was carried out the automation of the tool for the evaluation of the competences of the operators to manage the polyvalence; the workers will be more qualified. The company will be able to have records of these trainings in order to know which worker is qualified for each position. This is also done with the objective of eliminating physical forms that ultimately only take too much time for the company's leaders. A technological tool is the best alternative to solve this problem that the company presented, they can access the information at any time and place. This application is designed to be easily used. In the development of this document it will be shown step by step how the solution proposed for this project was developed. There were different alternatives to avoid any error that could occur and that this could have a correct future operation. Other projects in which something similar had been developed were studied in order to know which methodologies could be implemented for this project.
