El objetivo fue analizar las interpretaciones que los actores inmersos en el tejido social de los hoteles de Apartadó, Urabá, identifican sobre la RSE en el contexto del posconflicto colombiano. El enfoque de investigación tuvo un carácter principalmente cualitativo, que utilizó el estudio de caso como estrategia metodológica, aproximándose a la realidad de los actores entrevistados. A través de la investigación se evidenció que los actores sociales reconocen mayoritariamente la relación entre turismo y paz. Si bien se presentan algunas iniciativas de RSE orientadas a la construcción de paz, existe un desconocimiento por parte de gerentes y colaboradores sobre el tema; por ello, urge que el gobierno, la academia y las organizaciones sindicales participen activamente para facilitar tácticas que permitan a los hoteles de la región llevar a cabo este tipo de iniciativas y comunicar asertivamente las existentes. |

The research approach had a primarily qualitative character, which used the case study as a methodological strategy, approaching the reality of the interviewed actors. Through the research it was evidenced that the social actors mostly recognize the relationship between tourism and peace.
